What: PPTC Annual Meeting
Where: Right Proper Kitchen, 716 Monroe St NE, Washington, DC 20117 (adjacent to Metro's red line and the Metropolitan Branch Trail with secure bike parking available at the venue; pay parking is available across the street)
When: 3:30-5:30pm (meeting agenda starts promptly at 3:45pm and will run until 5:15pm)
Agenda:
- Vote for ExCom members
- Review the club's 2025 (and early 2026) achievements
- Review the club finances
- Discuss the future of the club as the bike club ecosystem is changing
There is a full kitchen at Right Proper, catering to both omnivores and vegetarian/vegan diets. They also serve more than just their award-winning beers.
The
meeting will also be available on
Zoom from 1:40pm until 3:00pm for those who can't make it to DC (though we
do hope you can attend in person - in fact, it is encouraged!). And you can register for the
meeting (if only so we can have a head count) here.
Voting will be conducted via online ballots that will be emailed on Friday, May 29th, to all active club members. There is one vote per membership (e.g. if you have a family membership only the primary member will vote). Candidate information will be sent on Thursday evening. Voting will close at 4:30pm on Sunday, May 31.
