About this event
This is a fast A / BB ride featuring long stretches of continuous riding on a mostly car-free route. The lead group will hold 25mph on the flats. There is often a trailing group that will maintain around 22mph. Newer group riders are absolutely welcome and supported, but this ride is not a good fit for novice cyclists.
While not a strict “no drop” ride, we do stop for ~10 minutes at the turnaround (Viers Mill Park) and at the finish, plus a quick regroup on the way back in on Beach Drive, just after crossing East/West Highway.
