The Usual Monday Ride from Glen Echo runs every Monday through the rolling streets and neighborhoods of Bethesda, Potomac and Travilah. The exact route is at the whim of the ride leaders, so there are no cues sheets and the distance varies. Generally, there is no rest stop on the ride. However, we do stop to regroup at decision points and at the tops of significant climbs. Just before the end of the ride, a group of riders often stop at a coffee shop for socializing. On Federal Holidays, a longer ride option is usually available, and a RidewithGPS file of a 35ish and 60ish mile route will be posted here.
